I would definitely recommend the Lateral podcast that he mentions in this video, I listen to them on walks and they scratch that itch of being a trivia podcast along with interesting knowledge!
I searched the video ID on Google because the video is now private, and was actually linked to this thread. Does anyone know why it's now private? Did Tom change his mind? I couldn't find anything...

As far as I'm aware Tom always privates these kinds of announcement videos when enough time passes. If he had changed his mind I think there'd be another announcement.

Oh interesting, I am not sure why. I have been subscribed to his newsletter, so I can go back and check if he said anything there. It won't be till later today though

I suspect from a YouTube optimization perspective, if you don’t private these videos there’s a good chance it will end up in people’s autoplay or recommendations well after it has outlived its...
I suspect from a YouTube optimization perspective, if you don’t private these videos there’s a good chance it will end up in people’s autoplay or recommendations well after it has outlived its usefulness and people dropping out of the video early will effect a negative penalty on the channel in the algorithm.
I think you are right, I was unable to find anything of note in the newsletter, but that certainly makes sense. He also makes references to it in his videos periodically so its not like hes hiding...

In fact in his newsletter this week he specifically says that all remaining episodes have been filmed, and so his part in creating them is done, barring some disaster.

He really deserves it! Putting out amazing videos every week for that long is an incredible feat, and I hope Tom is doing well.
