Yes, looking for a better employer. I’m underpaid, undervalued, and working for a company that’s far too old school to keep talented people around. Recently a developer I really enjoyed working with left, and another dev is talking about leaving too. It’s an okay job as a stepping stone, but it’s pretty low end when it comes to what’s out there. For me, it was a foot back in the door of the industry. Now that I’ve got the door open, it’s time to walk through.
