    This is big step back in the right direction. It was very clear Pai was in it for the companies best interests, not the publics.

    The article does point out that the recent ruling that took the teeth out of the EPA could effect anything the FCC does as well. I hope that doesn't happen here, and these rules stick, this time for good.
