Obviously this is a good move for drivers.
I absolutely hate the idea of tipping. I do it because I just consider an extra 20% on my bill at a restaurant to be part of the cost of going to eat. I would gladly pay more for things if it meant that people were paid a livable wage without worrying about whether someone is going to give them a tip or not.
(I live in the US, where this is extremely prevalent).
