I’ve been reverse-engineering Google News RSS’s querying features for the past few months of my spare time. In this article, I describe how you can make Google News RSS display only the latest Reuters articles.
They claim this is a link to the Reuters RSS in English:

I’ve become more and more reliant on RSS for subscriptions over the last year or so, but I’m always vaguely anxious that everyone’s going to just... stop supporting it. I really hope this isn’t the beginning of that!
It looks like I’ve gotten nothing at all. I’m using the http://feeds.reuters.com/reuters/TopNews/ feed. The last headlong I got was “Trump unfit to be U.S. president, Democrat Pelosi, conservative...

Weird. I get a flat-out "Server not found" from everything on the feeds.reuters.com domain, both when trying to connect from Italy and when using a VPS in the US.

Dunno if this says anything, but when you click on the RSS logo at the bottom of the page here: https://newslink.reuters.com/join/subscribe It now leads to a 'Page Not Found' at...
Yeah, unfortunately they appear to have just quietly sunsetted it. I can't find any mention of it in their Press Blog: https://www.reuters.com/news/archive/rpb

They claim this is a link to the Reuters RSS in English:
https://news.google.com/rss/search?q=when:24h+allinurl:reuters.com&ceid=US:en&hl=en-US&gl=US
this URL is great for filtering down feeds so you only get the good stuff
e.g. The New Yorker for this week
https://news.google.com/rss/search?q=when:7d+allinurl:newyorker.com/magazine&ceid=US:en&hl=en-US&gl=US
Does AP have an RSS feed? I remember them having one a few years back, but it seems to have disappeared. Dark times for us RSS fans...

I don't see any RSS feeds on Reuters at all (which would make sense if it was removed). What's the url of the RSS feed you're using for it?

It now leads to a 'Page Not Found' at https://www.reuters.com/tools/rss
So maybe they have killed the service, since according to waybackmachine it used to look like this:
https://web.archive.org/web/20191026030047/https://www.reuters.com/tools/rss
But on Oct 30th, 2019 they appear to have deleted it:

That sucks. You can always use something like https://feed43.com to build a feed.
