This is great. I really hate that there's this feeling that people need to keep how much they make hidden. It does nothing but sow distrust and give your employer a massive advantage when it comes to salary negotiations.
Having all this extra information makes it way easier for you to walk in to a negotiation and say, "I'm being paid less than everyone else but doing the same work" and argue for a raise.
