Out of curiosity, what would be a use case for this? I can't think of any situation in which it wouldn't be simpler to just warn whoever you're sending a link to of potentially sensitive content than taking the time to go create and label a shortened URL.

Probably helpful for things like twitter that auto-generate a preview image and headline.
