<3 Unicode control characters too :)
Thanks for reminding us to sanitize the self-text expando. And thanks for doing it in ~test instead of a main group too.
Certainly. There's also z̷̛̺̦̟͈͓̻̬̝͉̤̻̜̻̐͑̐ͧ̋ͧ̍̾͐̍ͩͥͦ́ͅa̡̩͎̩̘̱̠͖͈͗͋ͬ͋̈́̃ͭ͐̅͗ͥ̈ͥ̀͋̑̎ḽ̡̧̹̬̱̗̞̬̲͚̦̘̯ͬ̔ͤ͒͂̾͒́̉͛̽̈͂̇ͤg͒̑̈́ͬ̐̿ͥ͑ͯ̇͐̋̿̈͏͖̹͍͙͜͢͜͞ͅo̶̧̬̗̗̮͕͚̬͚̠̺̘̍̓̽̏ͪͩ̎͊ͤ͑͐́ͨ̕͞͝ (though that doesn't seem to protrude out of it's container) and RTL control character.
@deimos is already on it. I gave him a big list of every single control character a few months ago but I guess whatever library he chose to sanitize didn't include all of them. Thanks for pointing out the holes. :)
I'm not quite sure where the proper place to submit a bug report is, so sorry if this is inappropriate. If you have an HTML-like tag in your comment, e.g. "<x>", it will automatically add a closing tag in the displayed comment, even when it's clearly invalid. See here:
As Amarok said https://gitlab.com/tildes/tildes/issues is the place to submit bugs. If you have a gitlab account you can submit an issue yourself and I will label it properly. But we're already aware of the open html element issue in comments. @deimos was looking into it but then we got hit with another wave of attention and PMs/emails for invites so he hasn't had time to fix it.
Thanks for pointing it out though. This is the sort of feedback we need most while we're in this early alpha stage.
That would be https://gitlab.com/tildes/ - but I'm not sure everyone can edit it yet.
Yeah, people can submit issues if they have a gitlab account... but we are already aware of the open html element in comments bug. @deimos just hasn't had time to fix it yet.
Nice job, that's causing some quirky effects on my pages in the latest firefox. Do we have glitch-finder trophies yet?
