How to initiate account recovery process?
So, my latest friend has already forgotten password (that's what you get for not using a password manager sniff). He says he setup a recovery account, but I'm not sure if the email to be sent should be in any particular format. Has anybody tried account recovery process? How can we do this?
Yeah, it’s just contact@tildes.net for password recovery and AFAIK the process is not automated yet. @deimos also lives on the West coast, it’s a weekend and he is a night owl so I don’t know if he is awake yet and it may be a few hours before he responds.
Also, from the new documentation I have been working on:
P.s. Feel free to check out the rework branch of my fork of tildes-static-sites, @Bauke and anyone else interested... it’s not complete yet and once done all the changes are still going to be pending approval from @deimos, but it has a lot more information that the current stuff.

Nice work man! And thanks for the info. We'll just wait for Deimos since paging doesn't work yet, apparently.
Thanks. What I'm wondering is if this is automated, I gather my email would require some kind of fixed format, stating username and purpose. If its all manual, then @Deimos knows his email, which isn't a problem, but I don't think he would like it that way. Perhaps I should read the docs, maybe there's more info.
Maybe wait before @Deimos makes a comment. It is possible he thought of this already. Agreed, though, that this needs more looking into.
It's 8am to 12:30pm, depending on where you live.
So.....early morning..?
My idea of early morning is somewhere around 5am, but yes it could be morning. It could also be noon though.
Fine, we get it, you have kids. Now if you'd only let me have five more minutes........ /jk
Paging @Deimos but I'm pretty sure you can find the email you send to in some of the ~ docs. Then send to that from the account he set, I think it's done by the address only but you could include a message to be safe.
Paging doesn't work on this site yet.
