Sure, although I feel not many questions could be meaningfully turned into polls so it could end up being a 'gizmo' feature.

Polls might also not give you very meaningful results with a limited amount of users. So maybe a future feature?

How are those subreddits related to a polling feature for Tildes? I don't see the connection.

I dunno. I think I'd rather retract my statement. I'm unable to articulate my thoughts on this. I think I'm just in a really shitty mood today and being excessively negative about everything.

I agree with you, I'd like to add that I think it will also reduce the quality of the answers. It's very easy to just select an option and click submit without thinking, it takes more time and thought if you have to type your answer as a reply and explain why (as we are currently doing with poll-like questions).

An option for votes to only be counted with a comment added for qualification could be used, and maybe made default. Of course, I still think there is value in having anonymous polls.
