Why are some comments minimised?
I’ve noticed on some topics a couple of comments that are minimised you have to click the plus symbol to view why is that.

Comment labels, specifically the "Noise" label. Here's how they work.
I see thanks for explaining
I think also, if you revisit a comment section and there are new comments, comments that you've already read are minimized.
It was my comment I noticed was minimised so think it’s probably because of the noise label as mentioned above by another user people didn’t seem to like what I had to say on that Particular topic.
Were you logged in when you noticed it? If so then it was likely just the "collapse old comment" feature, since AFAIK the collapsed effect doesn't actually show up for the person who had their comment labeled as noise. No I wasn’t logged in when I noticed
Ah, then yeah, your comment probably did get labeled as noise if that is the case. :(
