Search for tag site-wide?

Clicking a tag provides the search results for that tag in the local group. Since some topics appear across groups, I think it'd be useful to view site-wide results as well, optionally. Does that already exist?

    It does. Clicking on a topic tag while on a group page restricts the results to that group: https://tildes.net/~tildes?tag=ask.help Clicking on a topic tag while on the main page will show...

    I think it'd be useful to view site-wide results as well, optionally. Does that already exist?

    Similarly, using the search bar while on a group page restricts the results to that group:
    https://tildes.net/~tildes/search?q=test

    Using it on the main page will search site wide:
    https://tildes.net/search?q=test

      Weird. That same way of formatting that link 404'd on me earlier. I call fat fingers. How do you get the non-group view to display tags? I don't see any that way.

        Do you have "Show topic tags in listing pages (home page, groups, etc.)" disabled in your user settings? With it disabled, only "important" topic tags are shown on the listing pages.
