      I guess the difference is that you can notice, or they even tell you, when a reenactment is happening. These were supposed to just be photos of her. If what the person from the documentary said is...

If what the person from the documentary said is true and all they did was blur the background, I don't see an issue. If the whole thing is ai designed, it's a bit weird/unnecessary.
