My a1c is great but if I didn't eat keto and intermittent fast I don't think it would be good for anything. When I didn't consciously diet I just gained weight while taking ozempic

Breattte I'm in a similar boat but I got a steam deck and I finally beat a RPG with it because even though it was boring at times I could play at my own speed and leisure and it made it worth my while....I'm in a similar boat but I got a steam deck and I finally beat a RPG with it because even though it was boring at times I could play at my own speed and leisure and it made it worth my while. Disco elysium and Octopath traveler were the perfect games for me.

I was terrified at the time of commitment but going to the therapist helped me decide it was the right decision. 18 years and 3 beutiful, emotionally complex and super expensive daughters later, I'm really glad we got married and can't imagine not having gone through with it. In retrospect, getting married is the easy part. Having children is fucking hard (but still amazing).

My first lesson was that being asked to pick up a pullet at tractor supply with the dog food on my way home from work meant that that I was also getting a group of 9 probably female Chickens to bring home. So as a chicken raiser husband I can tell you that her chickens are super social and shouldn't be raised individually. There are many types of them, my favorites are the "designer" chickens called Silkies or Naked Necks because they look like little feathered muppet dinosaurs. If you live with any predators nearby try not to let your kids name your chickens and also make sure you dig your fence down a couple feet around your coop. We've have had a few cullings of our flocks that have my kids devastated despite our best effort to protect the birds. If you're successful, the eggs you'll get won't need refrigeration at all as long as you don't wash them after their layed... we leave ours on the counter in a decorative spiral wire rack... Gifts of "farm fresh" eggs make great neighbors where a rooster crowing loudly at all waking hours does not. If you find one of your pullets has a rooster Facebook marketplace is a good way to find someone to take it. Oh yeah chickens make an "egg laying" call that is still pretty loud but not as frequent or as annoying as a rooster. Chickens are ok... Good luck with yours! We didn't do it for the money savings but for the overall experience.

Comment on Goodbye, Ozempic in ~health

Before I started, I was on a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting and had kept off a 60 lb weight loss pretty well for a few years. My doctor finally convinced me to try ozempic saying I could go back to eating carbs. As soon as I started the shot and quit the keto diet I immediately gained back 25 lbs and got super depressed over it. My A1c was great though... I was bummed that the ozempic didn't surpress my appetite like I thought it might. It wasn't until I went back to eating a low carb diet plus the ozempic that I lost another 35 lbs. The low carb diet was definitely easier to sustain than before I started ozempic.
Yeah, anyway, I started this reply with the plan to say that the weekly sq shot doesn't hurt at all and I very much prefer it to having to remember to take a pill each day but got in my bag a bit there.
I use Rocket Money but after reading many of the responses here and not seeing it listed or mentioned, I dunno. It seems like a legit replacement option to mint which I also used.
