You can most likely create a Docker compose file that points to your directory with the Plex config and it might just spin up without problems. If you try to run from a backup directory you can't really mess up.

If your router is capable of running OpenWRT you can just install the adblock as a package:

My take on this is that vaults with weak master passwords have just been guessed by matching the email address from those databases.
Regardless it's still safest to change all important passwords and enable 2FA where possible!

I always scan every executable on https://www.virustotal.com/ to be extra sure though.
As an extra measure I have my home network setup in such a way that my own PC / laptop are fully separated from all other devices. Untrusted IoT devices have their own WiFi network with AP isolation so they can only access the internet.

Solar panels and wind turbines don't work when it's cloudy and the wind doesn't blow. This gap needs to be filled in, and if it's not nuclear it will be coal plants.

I have my router setup with OpenWRT with a separate WiFi network for IoT devices. This way these devices only have internet connectivity. You can also make some traffic rules so devices cannot call home.
Little heads up, learning curve might be steep but for me it was definitely worth it.
