I identify a lot with that you wrote.
It feels nice to know I’m not the only one. -

They still say in social media that Democrats and the “political stablishment/deep state” are trying to destroy this good man.
I don’t know how people will understand and probably they wonder the same:
“Why fucking idiot liberals don’t get it?”
How can we improve things?
No matter how terrible is the next thing they discover a Republican or Trump did, they just don’t care!
I feel hopeless sometimes. -

When I’m using a black app or website it becomes really annoying to use a white app after that.
For me to adopt black themes I would need to have each of my apps and sites on a black theme to avoid getting blinded.
Until that I just use white themes with low bright. -

CuteRacoon Great comment. Sometimes I find difficult to believe and to accept that there are still racist and classist people. And the thing is: I feel like poor people are going against their own well-being...Great comment.
Sometimes I find difficult to believe and to accept that there are still racist and classist people.
And the thing is:
I feel like poor people are going against their own well-being by voting or supporting right wing politicians but they are so sure about their beliefs that sometimes I question myself. -

It sounds like it has too few exercises and volume as StrongLifts and Starting Strength.
I haven’t tried neither of them but it looks like that to me.
I need to mention that I’m a novice and I only have done the routines recommended by my gym trainer which have a lot more exercises and volume.
I’m not saying that my opinion about any of the aforementioned routines is correct, I’m just saying what it looks like to me compared to what I have done previously at the gym. -
