The main ones for me would be a remake/re-release of DragonForce and DragonForce 2 (the original was a JP release only) from the Sega Saturn. The first game was incredible for its time and it's the reason I still have my Saturn.

I'm in playing through the Endwalker expansion patches, but if you are on the Aether Data Center I have time to play EST evenings and will gladly run dungeons and raids for the content you're progressing through.

The demo is on Steam right and has hours of playtime built in. The dev said in the game's Discord that he will relaunch the Kickstarter for it soon.

The other is Legends of Runeterra, primarily the Path of Champions game mode. It's set in the League of Legends universe, but you don't need any knowledge from that game to play this one. It has standard modes where you can collect cards and build decks to play against other players. The Path of Champions is a mode where you pick a champion and use their base deck to play through an adventure. As you progress through the adventure, you can add cards to your deck and abilities that expand the way your deck works making each run fairly different. The game has cosmetics and an occasional in-game event with a battle pass, but it is perfectly enjoyable without putting any money into it.

The story follows a group of Goblins that decide to become an adventuring party when they tire of their village being attacked. From this fairly standard start, Ellipsis has taken these characters and shown tremendous growth as they deal with the consequences of their actions and try to find their place in the world.
Currently, Ellipsis is updating a couple of times a month, but there is a decent amount of story to catch up on first.

Hands on A Hardbody - a documentary about a small town contest to win a truck.
The Peanut Butter Solution - any description of this sounds like a fever dream, for years I was convinced I had dreamed it because nobody else I mentioned it to knew about it.
The Apple - this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen and I love it for how bad it is. It is an example of how to make the wrong decision at every step of the filmmaking process.
I'm currently reading Blindfold: A Memoir of Capture, Torture, and Enlightenment by Theo Padnos. It's a memoir of the 2 years he spent as a captive of al Qaeda in Syria. It's fascinating and offers a look into a situation that most people will (thankfully) never find themselves in.
