They tried to balance the game but ended up only nerfing popular weapons and making the balance issues even more pronounced. There was another patch yesterday which did improve things slightly.

Helldivers 2. Really fun game to play with some buddies. Significantly less fun after the March 6th patch but still fun enough.

Which is weird because Heilung never claims to make "Viking music" and they never claim to be historically accurate either.

I can't remember ever caring that much about money, to be honest, even when I had very little of it. If I have enough money to get by, I'm satisfied. I used to care more about things, but after dealing with the things life threw at me, I stopped caring about those too. There are a few items I care about but only a handful.

It's worse than the first game in almost every way. Biggest disappointment of 2023 for me by far. So glad I didn't buy it (tried it on Game Pass).

Not really an issue for me. Apps don't get permission to send notifications unless I explicitly allow them, which I generally don't. The only notifications are get are useful ones that I want.

In my opinion, swearing isn't necessarily a bad thing, you just have to pay attention to the circumstances. It's okay to swear at home or among friends. It's not okay to swear in public or in a work environment.

As long as you teach them that, they'll be fine. They'll eventually learn to swear anyway.

Good to know. Apparently, all the devices I use are fine with rechargeables. Sure, a non-rechargeable might last slightly longer, but it's not worth it in my opinion.

TIL there's a debate on subs vs dubs. For me it's really simple. Animation and CGI should be dubbed, live-action should be subbed.

Of course, this is a problem. Subjects will follow the word of their god without question. Blind obedience is never a good thing.

What's wrong with seeing the emperor as a deity? Again, this isn't inherently a problem.
