    In addition:

Regina had considered abortion during one of her own pregnancies. But her grandmother admonished her, “Your mama didn’t abort you.” Now Regina felt caught between her family’s general disapproval of abortion and the realization that her 13-year-old daughter was pregnant as the result of a rape.

Ashley, the 13 year-old, wasn't being shamed. That story was about the great-grandmother shaming Regina (Ashley's mother) in the past.

I absolutely love reading through these. I'm fascinated. Does anyone know of a source for similar articles on nuclear incidents??

Misting the plant with undiluted 70% isopropyl alcohol gave the plant some immediate relief, but I'm not sure every plant can tolerate that.

I'm a little disappointed I haven't seen Slice & Dice mentioned. It's a dice-rolling rougelike that's a ton of fun. Like Into The Breach, you know what moves the enemies will make. You also have an unlimited undo button, which really brings the game into the "find the perfect turn" territory. Which you have too, because this game is tough! (However it's very well balanced.) There are a ton of different enemies, heroes, and items.

Hometown Cha Cha Cha was excellent. A dentist from the big city moves to a small seaside town to open her own clinic. There she learns about life in a small town, taking care of your neighbors, and falls in love with the village "Chief." It's incredibly cheesy sometimes, but also explores some darker themes like divorce, trauma, etc.

I'm not super familiar with Brennan Lee Mulligan, but it looks like he's having an absolute blast! I might have to add this to my life alongside Critical Role.

I'd say even if you're not normally into board games they are worth checking out.
