    Having played the Original Blood Omen around when it came out, the scene in Soul Reaver 2 where it turns out that Raziel was the reason Malek didn't arrive in time to prevent the slaughter of the circle, and hearing the screams from the first cutscene of the first game in the distance.... Nothing has ever given me shivers like that.

    Same. Even back in the day when it was at its height, I was done with WoW before the 10 day free trial was even over. For me, they're just not fun to play. I'm a single player or couch co-op guy.

    Mistborn is actually decently paced. Nowhere near the slog that song of ice and fire can be. I'd recommend you steer clear of stormlight archive though, if heavy worldbuilding is off-putting to you.

    I have conflicting feelings about this whole thing. On one hand, I'm really sick of all the corporate katamari always going on and it's nice to see some pushback while on the other, I'd really like to see Kotick leave the industry.

    Ultimately, I rarely ever play AAA games anymore, and I honestly can't even remember the last Actiblizzion game I played.

    Congrats on kicking the habit; I've never quite been able to manage it. Was on the patch for like 2 years before picking vaping back up. I've been able to reduce my intake quite a bit in times...

    Congrats on kicking the habit; I've never quite been able to manage it. Was on the patch for like 2 years before picking vaping back up. I've been able to reduce my intake quite a bit in times past but any attempt to make a full stop becomes disastrous in one way or another. Nicotine just seems to help immensely with managing my ADHD symptoms whether I'm taking any other medication for it at the time or not.

    I've always felt like the nicotine in vapes just doesn't stay in your system as long after use, necessitating more frequent usage for similar satisfaction of craving. I don't know why that is exactly but I have an uneducated armchair theory about it being absorbed faster vs being bound up in a more solid or viscous medium that might stick in your lungs and continue to leech it out into your system.
