Everyone is talking about sleep related stuff so……I have something called sleep Tourette’s. Basically at random when I’m sleeping my head will violently jerk into my pillow as if I’m head butting it. Except I always sleep on my sides so it’s the side of my head. This has been happening for years in random spurts. For the longest time I thought it was maybe a muscle spasm or related to a former neck injury. Turns out it’s just sleep Tourette’s. Sometimes it wakes me up, sometimes I can feel the head jerking in a dream, and sometimes it does it when I’m not even fully asleep yet.

Other weird things about me is I can’t feel anything from my right shoulder down to my right wrist, this only applies to the skin. If I were to get stabbed or something then I’ll still feel it, just not in the normal way. It’ll be a tingly numb stabby feeling.

Another thing that’s related to the former is that I get shocked a lot at random. If you’ve ever stuck your finger in a wall outlet, and gotten shocked, well it feels like that. I’ll feel pulses of what I can only describe as electric traveling through whatever body part sometimes. It’s a nerve issue so it doesn’t affect my muscles at all, but it does get annoying. I can also cause the shocking myself at will by touching certain spots. If I touch between my big toe and the next toe then it sends a shock up my leg and to my tail bone. So it’ll basically feel like someone is touching my butt when I’m touching my foot. The same goes for the back of my heel. If I touch my belly button then it feels like I’m touching the back of my neck. If I touch the back of my wrist then I feel pressure behind my eye. That’s all the places I can think of atm.

Lastly my ring finger on my right hand doesn’t really work. I have a piece of glass(now covered in bone) stuck in my palm. It’s weird, but I like to fidget with the ball of bone in my palm all the time.

Are you sure you didn’t get the snoopy harp? It’s notoriously known as one the worst harp. If the gap between the reed and forks on your harp is really large then odds are it’s a bad harp and won’t make much of a noise. Also it won’t ruin your teeth, don’t press hard or anything and you’ll be fine!

They go by both names, the Jews harp, or jaw harp. I’m not entirely sure why they have two names, it’s always been confusing to me too.

Same goes for the jaw harp. You just need to pluck a single piece of metal and the rest you figure out quickly without any help. They’re cheap too, just don’t buy a snoopys harp.

This might sound ridiculous, but South Park(Season 11, Episode 8) actually had an episode on Tourette’s that is fairly accurate on how a tic can develop. In the episode, Cartman realizes he can...

Although tics can be profoundly debilitating, some may fulfill a short-term psychological need: Teenagers with them might be able to skip school, or to limit unwanted or stressful activities. They can make friends online, and find a ready-made community. They receive attention and sympathy from their families and from strangers on the internet. Those with coprolalia can break taboos without consequences: Gisela made me do it. (A disorder where you can swear and use slurs in public seems almost comically apt for the age of cancel culture.) Hartmann said that making Tourette’s content could be, in some cases, “the ultimate freedom. Suddenly you can behave like a jerk, and people will even congratulate you, and become subscribers to your YouTube channel.” That dynamic can make these tic disorders harder to treat. Nanette Mol Debes, a specialist at the Herlev Hospital in Denmark, explained to me that some of the affected girls have balked when told that they must stop their movements. “Sometimes patients are sad or angry, and say: ‘It’s been nice to have tics.’”

This might sound ridiculous, but South Park(Season 11, Episode 8) actually had an episode on Tourette’s that is fairly accurate on how a tic can develop. In the episode, Cartman realizes he can fake having Tourette’s to get away with saying messed up stuff in public without punishment. Towards the end of the episode he slowly starts doing all of the tics involuntarily. The episode more or less matches everything that was said in the article above. I find it very interesting.

I have nothing of value to add to all of this. I just wanted to say thank you guys for laying the news out in the way that you did. It’s the only way for me to keep up with it all.

It’s useful in a sense that if you predict what’s gonna happen based off of past events, and then if your prediction comes true, you are already prepared for the outcome of the prediction. Sharing your predictions with others might also mentally prepare them in a way. Even if the prediction is wrong, you’ll just end up prepared for a bunch of things! It keeps you thinking.

This is disappointing news for me. I don’t like crunchy roll UI, the shows don’t play for me half of the time because of my internet, and I need to use a VPN just to use it. When it comes to funimation, I don’t have any of those problems. No VPN, no loading problems, the UI is fine, and all of my shows are saved on there. :(

I started watching Devilman Crybaby 2018. I’m about half way through it so far, and I gotta say that it’s very NSFW/gore. I’ve seen pretty much every popular anime out there. This one takes the cake for being the most brutal or bloody for sure. I don’t really like gore anime that much but this one is worth imo.

Although I want to play Silksong really bad, I won’t mind waiting another couple of years. I have faith that Team Cherry is gonna knock it out of the park. It never works out very good if a Dev team rushes a game due to the community bothering them about it. So the longer the better!

However Hollow Knight brought the kid in me back. I won’t say much about the game because spoilers. Just go play it and thank me later :)
