For how much the retail for you'd think they'd ensure the right click button will work after a year's worth of use

Depending on the site, even through a commercial VPN, it often takes me multiple minutes to pass a reCAPTCHA gate. And this is whilst logged into my 5 year+ old Google account in my primary browser and all that jazz.
There are sites I know not to even bother trying to log in to via Tor because it's simply impossible to do so.
The problem got so much worse with v2 compared to v1. And bots are already bypassing v2. I dread to think how v3 will behave.

If a sysadmin has a personal objection with a client they provision service for, they'd forward it to legal/HR/the CEO/their boss... if a sysadmin tried to terminate service between the company and a client themselves, I would expect GoDaddy would fire them, or at the very least reprimand them.
Regardless, everything would be automated so no one working at GoDaddy even needs to know about so and so client registering whatever domain...
Anyway, here's what GoDaddy's ToS say:
- In addition to any and all other rights reserved by GoDaddy in this Agreement, GoDaddy expressly reserves the right in its sole discretion to:
ii. Deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, lock, or modify access to your Services for unsolicited, commercial e-mailing (i.e., spam, sending email to subscribers who have not "opted-in"); illegal access to other computers or networks (i.e., hacking); distribution of internet viruses or similar destructive activities; non-payment of fees; activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, threaten, slander or harass third parties; activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which you conduct business; activities designed to encourage unlawful behavior by others, such as hate crimes, terrorism and child pornography; activities that are tortious, vulgar, obscene, invasive of the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity of a third party; and activities designed to harm minors in any way, and other activities whether lawful or unlawful that GoDaddy determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to its other customers, operations, or reputation;
So basically they reserve the right to pull your domain for next to any reason.
I don't think anyone complained when Reddit removed the "jailbait" subs. But Reddit recently banned a wealth of perfectly legal discussion subs (eg, /r/DNMVendorReviews, /r/ResearchVendors) that help people safely buy and consume drugs, which is no different than a bunch of government-run services [1]:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FRANK_(drugs\) [2]:https://www.amsterdam.info/drugs/.
Call it a slippery slope all you want, but there are plenty examples of exactly that happening. And it's regressive. And it happens in real life with real consequences. For all you Americans out there, the Patriot Act completely eroded your Fourth Amendment rights.
Yeah, whatever, I'll stick with... anyone but GoDaddy

Why would I use GoDaddy as a registrar or host when I can use another company that won't give me the boot as soon as they start disagreeing with me?

Even back then, when I was in my teens, these people would be accurately described as being "well intentioned, but annoying". It seemed a lot of them were also part of anime/yiff communities, too.Definitely not my cup of tea

Shirley Oh yeah for sure. I think it would just be more interesting than anything, to be honest. Useful in some cases, but not at all a reliable indicator of, well, anything.Besides, you can radically alter the sentiment of a comment with a simple “not” added in somewhere.

So if you just fix a typo or add few punctuation marks, if you hover over the edited text, it would give the timestamp and also something to the tune of "99% similar". That way you could easily identify if there's a substantial edit that could completely alter the context comment.
Could also be a complete waste of time and/or computational resources, though

I very rarely contribute to discussion on Reddit because there will typically be hundreds if not thousands of replies by the time I even see the thread. At which point, no one's going to read any post I'd make and any posts I have would have already been posted by someone else.
Conversely, Tildes is much slower in that regard so I don't quite feel like I'm wasting my time. That said, I probably lurk 75% of all the posts I read.I can't imagine this is a particularly unique viewpoint to have.

I really don't like LTSB because it's so behind in updates. It still doesn't have Windows Subsystem for Linux - by the time that rolls out, I think it would have been available on a "normal" Windows package for around two years.

Right? Big ups for the continued work
What's funny to me is that, and I know it's a bit of an apples to oranges situation, but there's more improvements here in this relatively minor update post than all of Reddit's frontend development in 2019
