Would anyone know of any Open Source alternative that is similar?

"Welcome to Destiny ! Buy the DLC! Here's.... very little" surely this would sour the experience for these new players?

The reality say, that there is no class that works really well with TWF (even the feat to really get the concept to work is garbage compared to GWM) is just ridiculous from a design point of view.
I really like the look of martials in PF2 on the whole, they just have so many more options both in creation and in play compared to 5e.
I must say however that I am a bit anxious about running the game(as a first time GM) mainly due to the skill system, I think I might find it difficult keeping the multiple DC's for the different TEML proficiencies and results for critical failures & successes in my head. It looks a bit daunting, memory wise for the sheer number of skill actions in and out of combat to keep track of.

Our 5E DM has to make a lot of calls and judgements on the fly as a lot of things aren't covered, some of which have come back to bite later on down the campaign. So I like the idea of a more robust framework for those niche cases.

A friend & I are interested in getting into indoor rowing primarily for fitness.Due to knee injury i've had to dial back on weight training and have heard that rowing can improve knee strength at low resistances and is good for general fitness.
We will be using Concept2 machines and have both rowed before but not on a strict plan. We have reviewed the Concept2 videos on form & technique as a refresher and are going to follow the beginner Pete Plan (linked).
Just wondering if anyone had any general advice or pointers or if there was a better beginner plan I might not be aware of?
Secondly would anyone know what damper setting you should ideally start at and what stroke rate you should aim for or if there was anything else we should keep an eye on?
Thanks!

Would you know of something like these services that is just an Open Source local install app? While I see the draw for cloud functionality, I'd only envision using something like this on one device.
