    As a side note: If anyone knows where interesting write ups or articles like this should go instead of ~misc let me know! I wasn't sure where to put it, but longer-reads are what I remember reddit...

    As a side note: If anyone knows where interesting write ups or articles like this should go instead of ~misc let me know! I wasn't sure where to put it, but longer-reads are what I remember reddit being great for. It's turned into a lot more content creation rather than content aggregation. I miss finding good stuff on the web, rather than stuff farming karma.

    Not excited about it being early access and I have plenty of concern over their inability to announce an actual release date. I am hopeful, but I won't hold my breathe. I love the battle royale concept, but thus far no one has got the gunplay 'right' for my tastes. PUBG has been my favorite. There's obviously a lot of things wrong with it and yet I have a couple hundred hours in the game. If someone can make a first person battle royale with quality gunplay that's actually well optimized, I will be so happy...
