Markpelly Link ParentGotcha okay thank you. There actually is all of that in the main mouse menu now. I inverted and changed some speed settings yesterday. This is the first time in my career that a Mac is the preferred machine for an organization. I've been using Windows for 30 years. This is a big change for me but I want to learn some useful tips and tricks on Mac os.
This could be "what are some changes you made on the Mac settings to make your Mac experience feel more comfortable?" Or "what tool on Mac can you not live without?"

I'm building a treehouse for my kids right now and I'm using a lot of used materials, but I'm spending the money where it matters. I spend extra for the parts that need to last or bring the strength.
I get so excited when I find something cheap or free, it is a really good feeling. I can have this thing for a fraction of the cost that would make my family's lives better.

Markpelly LinkI'm vegetarian but we do try different vegan cheeses. Both the Field Roast and Miyokos brands make some really good options, if you have that near you. If we are talking about VBA or local python/powershell scripts that a small part of...I'm not sure this is the perspective you are going for, but in my head it depends on the level of programming. If we are talking about VBA or local python/powershell scripts that a small part of the company uses, I find these to be pretty low risk. We handle a lot of sensitive data, and we are very careful with how we use it, however if someone can use one of these local programs to make something work..that's great. I'd say most folks in our company are not comfortable doing this still, they still come to a BA or programmer to ask their opinion. This is how we have a bit of a peer review with the business area. We aren't saying no, but there is a well known "check with the dev team before making this productionalized" approach. Is it perfect? Absolutely not but we are working with it.

I've been working on Donkey Kong 64 for over a year now with my 4 year old. I don't have a ton of time, and we try to limit their screentime as well. So we play like 10-20 minutes a few times a week. It's quite challenging to get back in, remember the special button combos, and remember what you were working on last time. Also, my little one "doesn't like" certain tasks that are important to finish to move on to the next section. So it's a challenge to do it and hear "oh maaaan not blow fish submarine daddyyyyy".
