    • Healthcare is a human right and must be available to all regardless of income.

    • Every worker in America is entitled to earn a decent income. We must raise the minimum wage to a living wage and make it easier for workers to join unions.

    • We must have the best public educational system in the world, from childcare to vocational training, to graduate school – available to all.

    • We must address the housing crisis and build the millions of units of low-income and affordable housing that we desperately need.

    • We must create millions of good paying jobs as we lead the world in combating the existential threat of climate change.

    • We must abolish all forms of bigotry.

    Even though I've made the realization quickly in my life that i can absolutely not stand working in a corporate environment, working in the IT sector just has a way of grinding you (me) down like that and I still burned out and it pretty much felt exactly as described in the text. Really uncannily accurate.

    I wanted to post this in the hopes to inspire some people in the US to go out and protest against the hostile government takeover that is happening in your country.

    I can't shake this feeling that people are paralyzed and/or in denial about what's happening, so I would also like to open a discussion on why that is and what you think could be done about it.

    My personal observation is that we have been divided and misguided by a barrage of misinformation. What can we do to come back together? If we keep going like this we all know dark times are looming.

    People need to be brought back together, maybe just funding some protests would be the best use of that money.

    The amount of misinformation in the air has fucked with all of us one way or another.

    People in the States need to realize the urgency to stand up already.

    People in the world need to realize we need to stand up already because this is and has always been happening everywhere.

    We need our Creatives to show us a way into a better future, so we have stories to live by that are actually helpful.

    We need to be able to imagine a better world and a path to there. Only then can things change
