My friend and I used to mess around with Oblivion with console commands while staying up. Once we made the arena manager NPC really small and gave him very high aggression, strength and bounty of 10k gold and we were just howling with laughter when groups of guards would swarm him and just explode in ragdolls all over the place once he swung his weapon.

Seconding Kobo Clara, got one as a birthday present last year I think and since then I've been doing all my reading on it.

I got sucked into Batman Arkham games again, played through Arkham City and still loved it, possibly the best superhero game ever made. Started playing Origins which I never actually played before and I see why it was least popular of the Arkham games, so far seems like they just changed the map and story but kept everything else from City and it feels a bit dull that there doesn't seem to be much gameplay improvements aside from being able to hit enemies that are stunned on the ground so it's a bit easier to keep the combo going on. Combat is still quite satisfying though, I think the Arkham style fighting works really well on melee combat games, liked it in Spiderman and Shadow of Mordor series a lot as well.

I read 'The Heroes' by Joe Abercrombie and bought 'The Blade Itself' right after and started reading it. I'm also in the middle if 'The Passenger' by Cormac McCarthy but the next chapter shows as 64 pages long on my ebook reader so I haven't started it because I want to read one chapter in a row at least.

Oh and I started 'Blood Meridian' by McCarthy as well once it got very warm outside, the atmosphere from that book really shines when you read it outside in the hot sunshine.

Really liked Shogun as well, though it took me quite long to read.

Rest in peace, Blood Meridian was actually the book that got me back into reading books. I saw it recommended somewhere and decided to try out the ebook while I was bored, despite being one of the hardest books I've ever read I loved it and started reading his other work and more books in general. Shame he didn't get to finish the Blood Meridian screenplay.

Next up probably going to pick up Blood Meridian again, that book really shines when read outside when it's very warm and the sun is shining.

I found Snowrunner to be usually quite relaxing mixed with really tense moments when trying not to get stuck in the mud. I would put a podvast on and just chill out while playing it.
