Curbing Traffic: The Human Case for Fewer Cars in Our Lives, by Melissa and Chris Bruntlett. A great read so far if you're interested in urban planning and design.

I use TickTick. Can be as simple as a to do list, or more complex with Kanban lists like Trello and notes. If you are on iOS/Mac, Things3 is amazing also.

I love Malazan so far! I too am on House of Chains right now but it is my first read through. I am also concurrently reading a Book on Wing Chun Martial Arts. I find it fascinating.

I have 2 projects I am working: 1 for work and 1 for my wife.

The one for work, a web scraper to scrape html pages, convert any links and or keywords on each page to Markdown and then save them as .md files.

The second for my wife, is a custom inventory application to log items for her commercial kitchen.

I am a very beginner amateur programmer. Any recommendations welcomed.

Sweet! That’d be great. I have stripped mine down. In the process of sanding the frame for a repaint. Then rebuild. Parts are cleaned. Only changing the cables and tires.

I really wish with this particular install I could have done it. Unfortunately, we could not get it to work.

But the majority of the issue came from the steps after the upgrade.

The PC needed to be restarted and then the program needed to be launched before launching Outlook so that the plug-in would load correctly.

    This step was bolded.

The program is used heavily in daily workflow.

There’s only so much hand holding I can do without coming across as condescending.

Or am I wrong to assume that?
