Found the closing remarks particularly interesting.

If stealing in-game gold is considered theft as a legal precedent, then what does this mean for other UK-based hackers for other games? If in-game items have value and are not just packets of valueless data, does this throw a curveball into the 'are loot boxes gambling' debate within UK institutions? This court case may very well be the gift that keeps on giving over the next few years.

    I'm definitely biased however haha

I really enjoyed the build creation especially with the addition of heroes (NPCs that you could also specify the build and attributes) you had full control of all 8 skills on your bar.

You could theory craft some awesome combos depending on what you were up against, since there are thousands of skills and you could have two professions (minor & major) the options are almost endless.

Just found this sheet from Reddit that shows the number of skill combinations. Kinda insane haha.

This meant there were tons of nefs when campaigns came out as people thought of crazy combos, check out 55hp monk as an og example.

GW2 really reduced this (presuming because it was a nightmare in the original game for the devs) but it was a part I really loved thinking about and coming up with solutions to difficult areas/foes etc.

I occasionally jump onto GW1 and play a few missions just for the nostalgia, really excited to see some life brought into it again, I was never taken by 2 in the same way.

There are sand based heat batteries that work on the same idea, using sand to store heat energy. They look promising for private property use. Store excess solar during the day, release it at night as heating directly, interesting stuff for sure.

They have YouTube, podcast and some good articles/resources on the website.

I've always thought that this could be an interesting use case for scrolling/rollable screens once the tech gets common place, I know people that hate black pillars on media so will change the aspect ratio to fill their home TVs, ruining the composition.

The ability to match the intended aspect ratio on your device would be nice.

How this would work mid movie I have less of an idea, might get quite distracting.

Got a couple side gigs and different personas and it's nice to have a seperate view and essential tabs for what ever I'm working on.

This also links in well with the inbuilt Firefox containers, I'm sure this could be replicated using profiles etc but works for me!
