I’d heard similar comments about reading Project Hail Mary. If the book isn’t doing it, I highly recommend switching to the audiobook. I made the switch and the audiobook was way more engaging.

This trailer didn't do much for me. Timothée Chalamet's performance feels off and the universe feels like an extension of the Wizarding World. Paul King did a wonderful job with Paddington though,...

I wouldn't say it was lost to time, easily lost in the shuffle of the other great games in the series, but I don't hear Mega Man Legends brought up often enough. I spent a lot of my childhood playing the various Mega Man games, but Legends has to be my favorite. I think it hit at the right time and offered me countless hours of enjoyment (especially the kick the can Zenny cheat which turned Mega Man's armor black.)

Hummus and pico de gallo are my get together go-twos (get it?) They're simple to make, easy to eat, and finger foods that can be set out early for everyone to enjoy. All you need to include are a few veggies or some tortilla chips.

For hummus, I follow this recipe from Zahav, a very popular Philadelphia restaurant my wife and I love. I do like to roast a head of garlic though, for dressing.

My pico de gallo recipe is traditionally straightforward:

1 ½ lbs of tomatoes, diced
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 jalapeño, diced
2 tbsp lime juice (1 medium lime)
    ¾ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp kosher salt, to taste
    ⅛ tsp black pepper

    1. Dice tomatoes and let drain. While tomatoes are draining, chop red onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro.
    2. Combine jalapeño, garlic, and lime juice. Let rest for 10 minutes. Continue to drain tomatoes.
    3. Add tomatoes, cilantro, salt, pepper, and mix well. Let rest in the fridge before serving.

*My biggest suggestion is to do everything ahead of time so it can sit overnight in the fridge. Giving the flavors time to combine makes a noticeable difference between good and mediocre pico.
