This at least makes sense. SC is still huge in Korea, so letting a Korean company take on an RTS that Blizzard seems to have no interest in doing themselves.

Then I guess what, you roll some people over from Overwatch to make a SC shooter? Sounds like a very Microsoft approach to me.

Meh, I guess. I get what they were going for, but it just feels over produced like so many of their recent trailers. Why even announce a game that's 4 years out unless you are desperate?

I have zero faith in this version of Blizzard being able to finally deliver a StarCraft shooter. I hope they prove me wrong.

Absolutely. It's where I learned it but it works basically anywhere. All of my wife's friends like me because I am "easy to talk to" which just means I ask them about stuff they are wearing.

I can still vividly remember seeing the commercial for ST:TNG for the Season 4 premier and being hyped. It feels like that took forever. I don't know if it's better or worse that you didn't have to wait for Season 4, but man it's all my friends and I talked about that summer.

Thanks for making me feel old.

I'm not an expert/professional, so more my random thoughts.

This post comes across negative. I don't know if that's because this is just a rant or what, but it seems like you would get a lot of value working on yourself. Bristol seems to have a lot of options if you haven't already checked them out.

Leaving that house does seem like probably the best thing you can do for your mental health.

While your situation sounds worse than mine, I lived at home until I was 28 and was desperate to leave. I was able to rent a room in a house. It was someone I knew, although not my best friend or anything.

Find a room, move cities, take a shit hole. Nothing is permanent, but sometimes you need to get out of toxic situations first and worry about what happens next later.

    Good luck.

I recently got promoted and my new position is about 70% travel.

    Planes are loud.
    Airports are loud.
    Malls are loud.

I'm looking for really good noise cancelling, over ear headphones that have a hidden mic.

Ideally they would be good at playing audio on a plane and for taking zoom calls on my laptop. Bonus if switching between my android phone and MacBook is simple/without known issues.

    Price is not a concern.

Perfect, being able to charge at home and work is the dream scenario. I haven't been to a gas station in years.

Congrats on the new EV and welcome to the broken ass world of EV charging.

I don't have anything to add to what has been suggested already. So instead I'll suggest that when road tripping you should always use Tesla chargers. As much as I hate Elon, they are the only company that have figured out charging and are reliable. If your car is new, you'll already have the Tesla plug. If not, you can buy an adapter. I've owned two Tesla's and now a Polestar and I don't even waste my time trying to charge anywhere else.

Happy driving! The Ioniq 5 is a great car!

If I was being pedantic, I might point out you could say double cheeseburger with bacon to avoid confusion if you don't want to start with bacon.

That Ontos trailer looked amazing. I was probably already sold, but seems like the right level of creepy. I'm sure it won't be as good as SOMA, but if it gets close then fantastic.

Mixed feelings. Obviously it was one pedophile, Lutnick, who apparently blew things up in the end so the pedophile president couldn't get his deal. But we already had a deal, that Trump was already ignoring. So there is no reason to think he would have honoured this new deal or not pulled the small bullshit. As always, I feel the worst for the people this actually impacts, like all of our auto workers.
