acreom is local first, so yes it's all text in a local directory! Syncthing for syncing. Because the notes are so light( I don't have huge assets), I host a Syncthing always-online-thing on Fly.io

https://acreom.com/ is what I use to sync with mobile and write in a daily doc easily, while still being markdown.

An alternative would be acreom + Syncthing for syncing.

I'm a self-taught programmer, I've finished my portfolio: https://rishfolio.vercel.app/ and have been job hunting for a junior position. My skills are kind of all over the place (lil frontend, lil backend, lil gamedev, lil data science), but most concrete projects are in frontend so that's what I've been applying for. Honestly am really anxious about it all. I don't know if I'm even good enough for a junior position and the only real thing I can say I'm good at is learning fast.

But besides that I've been working with Elixir on some small CLI stuff, hoping to get into Phoenix when I'm more proficient. Also improving my CSS skills.

I belong to the other spectrum. I've been playing FFXV on Stadia and Dota2 & Apex Legends on Geforce Now/Shadow. With these games I've had a near flawless experience, as far as I can tell. Whatever you need to detect input lag like you do, I don't have it.
Before the lockdown Stadia was especially nice because I used to travel a lot between 2 places and needed zero setup. Also playing FFXV on an old thinkpad is kind of a thrill.
With the advent of the new consoles, more powerful hardware and cloud gaming we might be able to get both for those who prefer one over the other.

But basically someone either has a perfect experience with Doom and Stadia or someone just finds it too laggy.

It's currently free, I've tried it too 'cause I got a Buddy Pass and it's such a nice plug 'n play experience I don't think there is anything else that comes close. But it currently does not beat my "offline" games (Steam still requires an login every X months iirc). This is why I think people should atleast try it out and I'm hoping the Stadia team keeps investing in their services.

If you're knees hurt from squatting I would check that out, that should not happen.
Also DO NOT do exercises with poor form. I'm no personal trainer, but doing those exercises in poor form is really bad for you in the long run and won't make you healthier.
For posture, which I also had some real issues with because I sit behind a computer all day this helped but you need a band for it(they're dirt cheap and honestly worth it it): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYr6lbx68n8 , his other videos about postures are also well worth the watch.
Besides these things, diet is key.

EDIT: Also hoping others can share their experiences, I rarely give out fitness tips, cause I always feel like some d-bag if I give advice when I'm not a pro at this).
