I think so, maybe better since it might feel like you're standing in the instrument. I found the guy's website [edit: at the bottom of the article lol], has more pictures:...

Neat! The Double Base looks like a nice room to live in. The French Violin looks like an underground parking garage. The organ and piano are so unreal with such high resolution at such a small size, makes me think of a rendered image rather than a real picture.

Then those tectures and detail, really curious if any of it is significant to its sound. Does the rib at the top of the string instruments on the left side affect sound or is it just support? What's with the random felt speed bump looking squares down the middle and basket weave looking texture at the top of the french violin?

How fascinating, and I love the careful way he had to go about it so the wood, varnish, and overall materials are not damaged. These are some very artistic spaces that previously only the craftspeople working on them would have seen or noticed to that degree of detail. Hopefully these shots will inspire some super cool chamber music venues to be built. Wouldn't it be so cool to listen to string music inside a string instrument shaped building that can resonate with the performers??

Pretty proud of myself for guessing almost all of these instruments correctly (I had over estimated how much bigger a bass is over a cello).
