    Starting today, Amazon Music Unlimited individual plan subscribers, and primary account holders to the family plan, can listen to one audiobook at a time—of any length—per month with their subscription. Customers can stream at their convenience and can continue listening to their monthly title after the next billing cycle begins, or select a new one. While Amazon Music offers access to one Audible title per month, customers who want more beyond their monthly listen can subscribe to an Audible membership or purchase titles a la carte directly from the Audible app.

    Dear Amazon. Do whatever you want with ancillary audible services. Include limited audible access for prime music subscribers. Add podcasts (as long as I can ignore them). Do a cheaper subscription with limited book access. I truly don’t care. Just don’t touch the standard 1 or 2 credit per month subscription tiers you have. Despite Amazon being a terrible company in many ways, I happily pay for the highest Audible subscription without qualms. As long as you don’t screw it up, I will keep doing so. Please don’t screw it up.

      I live in fear of this. I'm so locked in - with hundreds of books - that it'd be a maaaaaajor hassle trying to go elsewhere. So far though audible is providing a service in very happy with.
