If that's what you're looking for, at least for Shows (TV & Web-based), Miniseries, Documentaries and Movies, I have been using Trakt.tv for years now and been quite happy with it. They recently improved their streaming service content availability tracker too and it's pretty damn handy/convenient.
It's very strongly book-focused, but it is technically possible to add music and movies to your catalog as well. I honestly wouldn't rely on it for anything but books though.

This is pretty great. I believe they have a decent set of APIs, too.
