    AFAIK it has been working experimentally on Linux for a while now. This makes it official.

      It's been working for a while, the releases were always posted on some forum thread. Now it seems like you don't need to jump through those hoops, which is nice haha

    This is awesome. I experimented with Godot and it's great for 2D. Very fast and sensible. A bit buggy at places, but people tell me every engine is buggy. Godot has a long way to go on 3D, and it doesn't hurt to have options. Plus, Unity's documentation is more comprehensive and there are way more resources for beginners.
