      I’m all for dense housing and mixed use development, but that looks incredibly unappealing. At least when you build tall apartments next to sports stadiums, residents get to watch the games for...

      I’m all for dense housing and mixed use development, but that looks incredibly unappealing. At least when you build tall apartments next to sports stadiums, residents get to watch the games for free. Two story townhouses next to a stadium just seems loud with no benefit for the residents.
