I wonder what the time lapse of this is? I end up prepping much of my Thanksgiving stuff the day before. I definitely don't feel like I end up having the time to make pie crust the morning of, so I end up making my pies the night before, as well as cutting up vegetables and such. Obviously she's a way better cook than I am, but I'm curious how long it actually takes her compared to what it takes me (many hours).

The video covers 2 days, so day of does not start until she starts prepping the brussels sprouts. She also is serving her turkey at 5pm, which gives slightly more time for her day of than I would have (2pm is my family's serve time). But yeah, I also do my pie crusts ahead of time. For me I start the weekend before with pie doughs, cranberry sauce, certain appetizers and dry mixes. Although I also make many more dishes than this pared down version of thanksgiving covers. I kind of wonder if this really represents her menu or just what makes sense in a video.
