Fundamentally I kind of agree with the "specific definition of milk."
When specific definitions are not enforced, things tend to become unenforceable marketing gimmicks. This leads to nasty scenarios like gluten-free marketed products that are not safe for those with Celiac's.
PS - On that note, I also fully endorse that the source animal of the milk is printed in the same font as 'milk'...Cow's Milk, Goat's Milk, etc.
