Despite how low effort Brad's was, it looked pretty damn tasty though, IMO. I certainly wouldn't complain if someone presented that to me for breakfast. :P But yeah, Priya's looked the most interesting to me too, and I would love to make it for myself at some point to find out what it tastes like.
frozen waffles or reheated waffles might even work better with all of that wet stuff on top, too. re: Priya's -- making your own yogurt is a super easy flex. It takes time, but it is mostly passive.

Brad's looked the easiest, but Priya's Shrikhand Pie looks unbelievable and fairly straightforward.
