    Some of my colleagues in the test kitchen have been publicly supportive but privately complicit, even helping to interview BIPOC candidates who they know will be underpaid.

    I wonder what's the other side on this one. I also really wonder who's the other side on this one.

    In any case, I'd love to see the entire test kitchen crew walk out. I don't think they actually need the company as much as the company needs them. They just need a camera guy or two and a bit of editing to make very good stuff. Contrast that with the overhead that goes into video production at BA. So much unnecessary producering. Why do you have to torture Claire like that? It adds nothing.

    Ahh. I had missed that. Wondered what was going on there. I heard the ruckus back then, but I wondered why the channel was entirely silent.

    The entirety of Bon Appétit's on-camera talent has refused to host videos since early June, when talent of color stated that they were paid less than their white counterparts.
