I made a very good Peruvian Chicken with Jalapeno-Lime-Feta salsa and roasted yam rounds for family dinner on Sunday. Got rave reviews from my partner, her brother and his girlfriend.

I've been doing keto for the past month. It's been going great. I recently bought these Quest Protein Bars. I remember I had them a year ago and I thought they tasted like shit. But, now that I haven't had sugar in a month, they taste pretty good. I eat them early in the morning before working out, they keep me feeling full for a bit.

Beans, brown rice, olive oil, and a vegetable has been my go-to meal for years. It's carbs, protein, fat, and pretty much all the vitamins and minerals you'll need, and soooo easy to put together.

I made pizza last night, it was surprisingly good given that the pizza was semi-stuck to the stone. I plan on making vegan fudge brownies later today =]
