I really like the new thq, I find myself buying a surprising amount of their games. From the spongebob games to destroy all humans, it feels like they're bringing back my childhood. They also seem to be more willing to just put out games that aren't going to be massive but have niche fans, which I really appreciate.

Production = 1 hours' worth of work by one coder.

After trying all 3 and really only properly playing Gothic 2 I have no clue why this was made. There are so many games that are better, nevermind that many just look better/are more playable.

That just means they think there's limited, but inelastic demand for the product - in other words, no matter what only hardcore Gothic fans would buy it, and they'll buy it regardless if it's $5 or $10, or $30. There's nothing wrong with pricing for inelastic demand.

Ok. I'll try not to bother you with my enjoyment of the game when it comes out.
