To be clear, Paradox is only publishing this (edit: whereas they actually developed Stellaris, CK, EU, etc). They have published many crappy games. This one is published through Paradox Arc, as are Knights of Pen and Paper, as well as Surviving the Abyss.

Finding the Paradox games of tomorrow
There are great up and coming developers out there who share our love for deep, endlessly replayable experiences. Small studios that create games which capture the Paradox DNA. Our mission is to find them, and share them with you, the most engaged players in the world.

The developer is Cool and Good Games, whose main web presence appears to be a Facebook page with 192 likes, where it appears that they are either reusing assets from another game for this one or just reusing everything while changing the gameplay.

I find that games like this are always kinda interesting, but more toy's than games? Reminds me of I think, siege?, where you can build your own siege weapons. For the average player it's a bit of durdling and watching the framerate tank when you get too big, and then for a small group it's making all sorts of crazy stuff that bends the rules of the game.

I hope it can provide a more interesting basic feedback loop for those not looking to go too heavy into crazy construction.

Either way, sounds neat but they're only publishing the game so I think bringing up Stellaris or any other of Paradox's grand strategy games only serves to hurt it.
