IIRC, the dev of Rimworld is kinda similar to the dev of Factorio where they refuse to drop the price for sales (which is admirable), so this might be one of the lower prices you'll see (I think) (No guarantees)
Edit: Actually it's lower on Epic Games Store right now I think, because of the coupon! (Above statement is still probably technically correct on Steam, IIRC Epic eats the cost of these coupons)
