Ugh. I'm going to have to get a PS4 Pro and PSVR, aren't I? This is the second PSVR exclusive that has gotten me excited. Meanwhile, my Vive sits mostly unused in the corner.

Hopefully it'll get a PC release eventually, like Rez Infinite did. I didn't see anything that specifically said it was exclusive, but I'm really not sure.

Additionnal details on the Playstation subpage. Two Interesting points in the gameplay section:
Includes the all-new “Zone” mechanic, where players can stop time (and Tetriminos falling) by entering “the Zone” and either get out of a sticky situation, or rack up extra line clears for bonus rewards.
This new mechanic is intriguing but without a good incentive to use it (high gravity, time trial, or point reward + a point system that isn't uninteresting), this looks more like a crutch than anything else. At least the Hold mechanic introduced interesting strategies.
A player grading and leveling system as well as variable difficulty to encourage and reward replayability.
A grade system similar to TGM would offer a more tangible reward than abstract points (see how Mark Brown video about Vanquish, and he contrast it with the rest of Platinium games); hopefully that would make solo play more interesting than what is currently available.
At least, if everything fails, it's a Mizuguchi game, so we're in for a visual and musical feast.
It does look visually appealing. I agree, the trailer didn't show much of the VR aspect of the gameplay, but it made me think that having a viewpoint control like SUPERHYPERCUBE would be an...

This looks so good. I'm really hoping it comes to PC as well, I really prefer my Rift over PSVR. Rez Infinite is on both, so we have a chance :)
I'm intrigued, but I can't quite tell what the gameplay will be like. A pretty, rhythmic, modern Tetris?

"PS4, or at 4K / 60 frames-per-second on a PS4 Pro, or in mind-blowing 3D thanks to the optional PS VR compatibility"
Optional VR. Yes!!!
