I have a suspicion that the money people at major game companies drool over the possibilities of game streaming. It is, in a way, the ultimate DRM. A complete black box you send your inputs to and it just sends you back an image. No one outside ever even sees the byte code of the game.
There's enough technical restrictions, still, but I expect many of them to go away in the coming years. I hope it will never catch on, though.

I recently signed up for a month of PS Now to try Bloodborne. I've been enjoying it, but the already-low framerate combined with the latency was making me feel motion sick while playing. After a few play sessions I feel I'm starting to acclimatize now. It definitely would be better if played locally though.
I used the free trial way back when. I was decent but not that good on my sub-par internet. The downloading aspect is now making me rethink using it. Just have to remember, Now has a lot of PS3...

Just have to remember, Now has a lot of PS3 games that you still won't be able to download. The PS4 and PS2 selection is much smaller. If they start adding their first party PS4 games to it then this is going to be a heck of a deal later in the year.
