Damn... If you have artists like Simon on your team, at the very least you get sublime otherworldly imagery that's just grounded enough to remain weirdly-human.
While not a game, you should check out Gone With The Blastwave (a post-apoc scifi webcomic with a very similar aesthetic to it) if you like that particular image.

If they’re paying for top flight talent I have to assume they have AAA ambitions. WotC is owned by Hasbro now. I have to imagine they have some decent money to bootstrap a big endeavor. They’ve been watching the likes of Larian, BioWare, and Relic/THQ make bank off games inspired by their games for years. I think it’s as safe an investment for them as you can expect in video gaming.
