I guess Prey (2017) stilled my appetite but it's good to hear that Ken Levin is on track to put out another game, a "sci-fi immersive FPS", nonetheless. I admit this is not "hard news" but a life sign blip that's kinda huge if you like these kinds of games.
Honestly after his narrative Lego talk (that was 2014?!? time flies!) I feared he'd entered that later stage famous game designers seem to fall into where they desperately cling to high concept gimmicks. This sounds way more humble in a "I accept that these are the kinds of games I'm good at" way. If he manages to integrate these ideas into a System Shock like game, that could be pretty awesome. Also the small team size (35 people) makes it sound like a "AA" type studio setting (between indie and AAA), which is something I'd love to see more off. This could be good after all.
