The advice that this gives seems pretty obvious, but it's the "interactive flowchart" format in which it is presented that really makes this useful for me - when I feel awful, I don't want to think about what could help me, but I'm fine with following simple step by step instructions. This website probably won't help everyone, but it helped me many times when I was feeling down, so I thought I'd share it.

It seems so obvious written out like this, but mental illness/neurodivergence often means that simply existing is a manual process; many bodily (and external) cues just don't come through correctly or clearly. That daily, hourly, sometimes moment-to-moment game of guess-and-check to see what you need gets exhausting, especially when you guess wrong a few times, and this is such a nice, clean way to address it.
Thanks for sharing this -- I appreciate the interactive flowchart-ness of this as well, as sometimes the best I can do is identifying, "I don't feel great but I'm not sure what I need to fix it"....

I appreciate the non-judgmental suggestions of things to try as well; sometimes when I feel physically "not great" it bleeds over into mentally not feeling great and I have that tendency to be harsh with myself (still a learning process in therapy).

The style of the tool really helped me sift through the potential causes to solve what's easily solvable and get to the root of the problem.
This is great. I didn't feel like shit but felt like going through it anyway, and...it got me to drink a glass of water! That's an improvement over what I had planned. Now to do what it says, and...

I'll for sure come back to this when I do feel like shit. I love how it just takes over and suggests some things that would absolutely help me. This is super valuable.
